Dan is dedicated to growing SuperGreen Solutions and helping franchisees find success and fulfillment in creating their own sustainable businesses. He firmly believes going green should be easier for all, and his goal is to help build rewarding businesses that contribute to the global good. Outside of SuperGreen Solutions, Dan serves on the Titus Center for Franchising Advisory Board at Palm Beach Atlantic University and runs the international orphan organization International CARE, Inc. that he founded in 2001. He spends his free time with his wife of 35 years, eight children, and six grandchildren.

Franchise owner Daniel Hancock joined the SuperGreen Solutions family after working as an environmental engineer for 10 years. With undergraduate and master's degrees in BioSystems Engineering, Daniel focused his education on environmental remediation and cleanup efforts across the U.S. He believes that living more sustainably is the key to our planet's future and health. To Daniel, going green means improving energy efficiency and reducing consumption. In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters exploring the Lowcountry waterways of the Charleston, South Carolina area. Fun fact: In college, Daniel worked as a successful dog trainer and had a black lab that could retrieve beverages from his refrigerator! It's Garry's belief that true SuperGreen success will be measured by the success of its franchisees. He brings a wealth of domestic and international franchising experience to support franchisees in their missions to build profitable businesses that leave a positive impact on the environment they inhabit. In addition to his work at SuperGreen, Garry serves as the CEO of IMR Solutions, a business consulting firm based in Austin. This role keeps him attuned to the present trends and challenges facing cross-industry business owners, enabling him to further support SuperGreen franchisees. When he's not working, Garry enjoys reading, mentoring and developing others, and playing team sports. He has been married for 33 years, with four children and two granddaughters.

Julie Ferrer is excited to be a part of the SuperGreen Solutions team. She is an entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing and Brand Building, as well as 10 years of experience in the Fashion Design Industry where her work has been carried in Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue and featured in Vogue, Harpers Bazaar and Town & Country Magazines. She spent several years consulting local, small businesses to enhance their digital presence, branding, and develop growth strategies. In March 2020, she launched a womens apparel e-commerce brand as a way to give back to her community during the COVID-19 pandemic which was featured in NYLON magazine. She then took on the role of Marketing Manager for 3 global franchise brands: Experimax, Network Lead Exchange and Resource Operations International.
