As an Allied Golf Association of the USGA, the CDGA is the regional governing body of amateur golf for most of Illinois and parts of three other states. The CDGA serves more than 400 clubs and 103,000 individual public and private golfers within the Chicago District... At the CDGA, we believe that together we are "Better Through Golf." We create opportunities for everyone to experience the benefits of the game through therapeutic and recreational Outreach Programs, with an emphasis on serving individuals with special needs, youth and veterans... The CDGA's Outreach Programs provide opportunities for individuals with special needs, veterans and youth to become Better Through Golf.
