CPA - Key Persons


Bryan Sorenson

Bryan has been a CPA since 1997. He graduated from Southern Utah University with a Masters degree in Accountancy. Bryan is proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual taxes. His proficiencies cover most areas of his field, but he is especially skilled in tax planning and compliance.

Chris Midgley

Chris Midgley has been practicing tax since 2002. He has been an EA and enrolled to practice before the IRS since 2008 and practices in the areas of IRS controversy, U.S.Tax Court representation, small business, corporate & partnership tax matters, individual taxation and tax planning. In April 2019 Chris was admitted to practice at the United States Tax Court as a non-attorney practitioner, a distinction attained by fewer than 150 CPAs and tax professionals nationwide in the last 20 years.

Liz Sharp

Liz is new to Sorenson & Company this year, working as the office administrative assistant. She has worked in Accounting since 1989, with experience in Accounts Receivable factoring, A/R, A/P, and, most recently, payroll for a financial education corporation. Switching to the world of taxes and business accounting is a refreshing and exciting change.

Manny Mylonakis

Manny has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing his Masters degree in the same vocation. His educational focus has been on taxation and he plans to sit for the C.P.A. exam following graduation. Manny was born and raised in Utah and is married with four children.

Trudy Sorenson

Trudy is our office administrator. Prior to joining Sorenson and Company, Trudy worked as a loan officer for a title company and also worked in the accounting department for a large company. She currently volunteers as the Financial Officer for a large non-profit company.
