Leo Parsons, President & CEO, is building on CTDI's 46-year legacy of technological innovation, industry-leading repair, and technical supply chain solutions through investment in customer relationships and the continued evolution of CTDI's culture. Prior to becoming CTDI's President and CEO in January 2020, Leo served as President and COO where he led CTDI's commitment to customer satisfaction, operational excellence and global expansion since 2005. CTDI's customer-first mindset begins with the CTDI Leadership and our employee's commitment to understanding the business, customer expectations and the significant role CTDI plays in delivering service excellence every day. Leo works with his Leadership Team to strengthen this commitment through collaboration, innovation, investment in technology, IT systems and the people required to keep pace with our dynamic business and industry-leading global customers.
Since joining CTDI in 1982, Leo has been an integral part of CTDI's test engineering development and our strategic initiative to leverage our technology to globally expand CTDI's in-region repair and logistics centers. Leo's experience with CTDI's operations began in the early 1980's when he led the expansion of CTDI's Branch operations from 2 to 15 locations throughout the United States, England and South Korea through 1990. CTDI's Branch operations network continues to expand and today has reached 100 locations globally. Through rapid growth in the telecom repair industry during the 1980's, CTDI identified the evolution of Wireless Technologies and integrated technical logistics and supply chain solutions as a new opportunity. Leo led the engineering and business development efforts to implement CTDI's first wireless base station and wireless infrastructure repair business which was expanded into wireless handsets forward and reverse logistics services supporting the Wireless Carriers through their evolution from AMPS, CDMA, GSM, 4G, LTE and into 5G. Under Leo's leadership, CTDI's IT systems and organization have played an integral role in providing the competitive advantage leading to CTDI's global growth and expansion.
As CEO, Leo often echoes the words of his father "our employees are CTDI's greatest resource" and he remains committed to CTDI's corporate culture of diversity, sustainability and social responsibility in every community where CTDI has a presence.
