Andrew Neumann

In his role, Andrew is responsible for designing, developing and enhancing strategies to optimize growth and effectiveness across Omega's managed IT support and Service Desk operations. Through continuous evaluation and enrichment, Andrew's teams ensure a seamless service delivery experience at every interaction. Andrew has more than 20 years of managed services experience and most recently served as global service desk director for ECI. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from Albright University.

Ben Tercha

With more than 20 years of hands-on technology and operations experience, Ben is focused on the oversight and coordination of Omega's internal workflows as well as the development of the company's technical and support service portfolio. Among his many accomplishments, Ben played a critical role in the design of Omega's privately-owned data center and private cloud hosting service, which meets the security, flexibility and compliance needs of today's SMB, mid-market and enterprise businesses. He is frequently regarded as a thought leader in the industry, regularly speaking at conferences and events to educate businesses on IT strategy and compliance.

Bill Kiritsis - CEO, Founder

The son of Greek immigrants and entrepreneurs, Bill Kiritsis spent more than a decade dedicated to the family business before pursuing his personal passion for technology. With significant field experience under his belt, Bill started Omega Systems in 2002 - recognizing a need for enterprise-level IT solutions backed by premier customer service. Since those earliest days, he's helped grow Omega into an award-winning managed service provider to more than 700 global customers. Bill continues to set the progressive vision for the company, guiding Omega's growth strategy and ensuring that its core commitment to service delivery is weaved throughout all areas of the business.

Brian Lupinacci

An Omega veteran with more than a decade of experience across various technical service roles, Brian manages the company's Mid-Atlantic Service Desk. Brian's team sets the bar for customer service at Omega, prioritizing the timely and successful resolution of technical issues and consistently maintaining customer satisfaction scores that exceed industry norms. Brian earned his bachelor's degree in management information systems and services from Shippensburg University.

Jennifer Kiritsis - COO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Operating Officer
Since Day One, Jen has played a crucial role in growing Omega Systems and leading its technical and administrative teams. As Chief Operating Officer, Jen spearheads Omega's day-to-day operations, shaping overall IT strategies and product/service offerings, guiding customer service operations and overseeing back-office functions including finance, marketing, and sales operations. Jen holds a bachelor's degree in information science and technology from Penn State University.

Jonathan Wechter

Job Titles:
  • Controller
Jonathan is responsible for leading Omega's finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, planning and analysis, internal controls, audit and taxation. He has more than 10 years of both private and public accounting experience and was previously a member of the tax practice at Baker Tilly, a top-ten national accounting firm. Jonathan is a licensed CPA and is currently pursuing his master's degree taxation at the University of Cincinnati.

Josh Somers

Job Titles:
  • Service Delivery Manager
Josh leads Omega's field services team, which provides on-site maintenance and support to customers. In this role, Josh serves as an experienced resource and collaboration point for his service delivery team and coordinates and prioritizes requests and escalation needs across the service organization. He has more than 10 years of IT and MSP experience and holds multiple IT certifications. Josh has a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity and information assurance from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing his master's degree in IT management.

Kaleigh Alessandro - CMO

Kaleigh has 15 years of experience developing & deploying high-impact B2B marketing campaigns to drive growth, awareness & revenue. She leverages her strategic and hands-on experience in the areas of branding and messaging, content marketing/thought leadership, digital marketing & demand generation to extend brand recognition and increase market share for Omega Systems. Prior to joining Omega, Kaleigh held key strategic marketing roles for The MFA Companies and ECI (formerly Eze Castle Integration). Kaleigh earned her bachelor's degree in communications from Stonehill College.

Katie Brower

With more than a decade of purchasing and management experience, Katie maintains and advances Tier 1 manufacturer partnerships to satisfy cost, quality and delivery expectations for Omega's growing customer base. She works closely with all parties to ensure that the proper solution components are purchased, and delivery and support are appropriately allocated. Katie holds a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Penn State University.

Kelly Bruce

  • Senior Sales Operations Manager
Kelly leads Omega's sales operations team and is responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of customers across the acquisition lifecycle from opportunity identification through to service delivery. She has more than 15 years of experience in various sales and sales support roles and interacts with a wide variety of Omega departments including business development, engineering and technical account management. Kelly is a valuable resource across the organization and is influential in prioritizing and enhancing efficiencies across internal workflows. She holds a bachelor's degree in organizational communication from Montclair State University.

Mike Witmer

In his role, Mike oversees a team of skilled engineers and solutions architects responsible for designing, planning, and executing a wide variety of complex technical solutions for Omega's customers. His 25+ years of IT experience make him a trusted resource both internally and with customers, who rely on his team for support during the onboarding phase and throughout their project-based engagements. Mike is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he earned his bachelor's degree in computer science.

Rick Mutzel

  • Technical Advisor and Virtual Chief Information Officer to Omega Systems
Rick is a trusted technical advisor and virtual Chief Information Officer to Omega Systems' customers, who appreciate his expertise in cybersecurity and third-party compliance audit requirements, including SEC, CMMC, HIPAA, CJIS, GLBA and PCI. As Omega's Security and Compliance Officer, Rick is instrumental in guiding the company's security posture, including the infrastructure development and maintenance of Omega's privately-owned data center and private cloud as well as its core managed cybersecurity and managed compliance services.

Ryan Weaver

A long-standing member of the Omega team, Ryan and his team are committed to maintaining and enhancing customer relationships through personal service delivery and long-term relationship building. He has more than two decades of information technology experience and is adept at helping businesses align their IT and strategic visions to maximize success.

Scott Goodger - SVP

Scott has more than 20 years of technology and business development experience and has deep expertise building relationships with business leaders across a number of verticals, notably financial services, legal, life sciences/biotech and professional services. Scott is responsible for enhancing and evolving Omega's business development strategy and aligning the company's service offerings with the changing needs of today's mid-market and enterprise businesses. Prior to joining Omega, Scott served as executive vice president & general manager at Thrive.

Warren Finkel

Warren is the Managing Director of Omega Systems' Northeast region. He previously led ACE IT Solutions for more than 13 years, before its acquisition by Omega in March 2022. Warren brings decades of experience to the company, with impressive experience across business development, marketing, customer service and IT strategy. His long-standing relationships with customers and strategic partners in the hedge fund and private equity sector make him a trusted resource and sought-after advisor.
