Dize Group was founded in 2014 by Kim Dize to provide business development consulting services to companies looking to grow their business. Since working in the corporate real estate industry since 1988, she has developed strong relationships over the years with brokers, architects/designers, general contractors, corporate end users and project managers that inspired her to create her own company. Kim received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Public Relations from Virginia Tech and has been active in many associations including Capital Chapter of IFMA, Corenet Global Mid-Atlantic, CREW DC, CREW Northern Virginia and NAIOP Northern Virginia.
