Rear Admiral Godffrey Enoch Kwetishe, a native of Takum Local Government Area in Taraba State, is a seasoned senior officer of the Nigerian Navy whose career is defined by discipline, integrity, and outstanding service. Calm, measured, and principled, he is widely respected for his clarity of thought, strong organizational ability, and unwavering loyalty to the Service. He is a leader who inspires confidence, commands respect, and demonstrates fairness and compassion while maintaining firm standards of professionalism. He assumed office as the Director Navigation Positioning and Timing on the 4th September 2025. A graduate of the Nigerian Defence Academy with a BSc (Hons) in Economics (1988-1992), Rear Admiral Kwetishe has continually advanced his knowledge and expertise through extensive military and academic training. He pursued further studies in Ocean Exploration at the University of Plymouth, United Kingdom (2004-2007) and holds a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan (2016-2017). His professional development also includes graduation from the National Defence College (2015-2016) and numerous specialized courses in intelligence, command, logistics, and naval operations.

Major General ES Mustapha was born on January 1, 1972, in Abeokuta, Ogun State. He received his early education at Baptist Primary and Secondary Schools in Ibadan before attending the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) in Kaduna, where he was a member of the 43rd Regular Course. The Senior Officer holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the NDA, a Master's degree in Strategy, Defence Management, and Command from the French War College (Ecole de Guerre) in Paris, and a Master's in Peace, Conflict, and Development Studies from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Computer Professionals of Nigeria.
Major General Wisdom Benjamin Etuk was born in Calabar, Cross Rivers State and hails from Etinan, Akwa Ibom State. The senior officer assumed duty on the 7 October 2025. He was admitted into the Nigerian Defence Academy as a member of the 42nd Regular Combatant Course and was commissioned 2Lt into the Nigerian Army Corps of Supply and Transport in September 1995. The senior officer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Nigerian Defence Academy, a Master's degree in Transport Planning and Management from the University of Lagos, a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan as well as PhD in Public Governance and Leadership from University of Abuja.
Rear Admiral K Mohammed was born on 7 Jan 67 in Pantami, Gombe State. He attended Roman Catholic Primary School, Wereng and Zang Secondary Commercial School Bukuru, Plateau State. He was short listed into NDA as a member of 39 RC, Burma Battalion. Kabir was commissioned as a Sub-Lieutenant in 1992. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Masters in Strategic Studies. Rear Admiral K Mohammed is a specialist in Under Water Warfare and served onboard different classes of Ships including NNS DAMISA, NNS EKUN, NNS ENYIMIRI, NNS OFIOM and NNS BRASS amongst others.
