Next he accepted a teaching position with the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute (DoDPI) on behalf of the U.S. Army Military Intelligence (MI) Command. In 1990 Mr. Dutton was transferred to Berlin, Germany, where he opened an Army MI polygraph field office. Due to the end of the Cold War, in 1992 he was reassigned to Augsburg, Germany where he managed the European Polygraph Program... In 1995, he was assigned to the 902 nd MI Group, Quality Control (QC) Branch in Ft. Meade, Maryland, to perform QC of Army MI polygraph examinations. Mr. Dutton was hired by DoDPI in 1996 to be a full time polygraph instructor...
