Established in 2008 by Michael Bowman, Eden Land and Development is a specialist property investment, development and management company that primarily focuses on strategic and non-strategic land investment, development and promotion. We started out providing mainly consultancy services to developer and landowners, but latterly and increasingly have taken on the developer role. We maintain a small number of clients we assist via our Development Management service or with whom we partner on larger schemes... As a private developer we have the flexibility and experience to evaluate the varied opportunities that a site has to offer. This could be via traditional contract or option to purchase, promotional agreement or Joint Venture. We take a proactive approach to each opportunity, focusing on optimising the value of potential development land... Privately funded, we have a simple structure and are not reliant on any third party funding or management.
