ENCORIM - Key Persons

The initiator and Managing Director Mr. Abel MULENGA has been working at the Salama Technical Institute since 1987. During this time he did several works in the general mechanical workshop. In 1993, he worked alongside Mr. Luc COMPERNOLLE as assistant workshop manager until September 2009 when he began to get involved in entrepreneurship.
