ESOC is a large and very active orienteering club in East Central Scotland. The age span of members is over 80 years and we offer something for everyone whatever their age, fitness or orienteering skill level... ESOC organises orienteering events of all kinds throughout the year. Coaching is generally available on an informal basis at local events
