Joaquin "Jack" Garcia is considered by his peers and leading FBI experts to be the most successful Undercover Agent in the history of the FBI.
In his 26 years of service with the FBI and as an Undercover FBI Agent in over 100 major Undercover operations, Jack Garcia is best known for his Undercover role as "Jack Falcone," a self-described Sicilian jewel thief and drug dealer from Miami, Florida, who infiltrated the Gambino crime family of La Cosa Nostra in New York for nearly three years. The case resulted in the arrest and conviction of 39 mobsters, including the top members of the Gambino crime family post John Gotti. Agent Garcia, played his undercover role so convincingly that he was even proposed for membership into La Cosa Nostra.
Jack Garcia's history as an Undercover Agent is far more extensive than that. This highly decorated FBI Agent is also renowned for his roles in successful cases against corrupt politicians in Atlantic City, New Jersey, corrupt police officers in the Hollywood Police Department, the Broward County Sheriff's Office, the Boston Police Department and in the San Juan, Puerto Rico Police Department. He has also worked undercover against hundreds of drug dealers and leaders of both the Colombian and Mexican drug cartels, while posing as either a money launderer, transporter or trafficker. He has done undercover work on national and international terrorism cases as well as National Security investigations. Garcia has also worked undercover against Russian and Asian organized crime groups and several Murder-for-Hire undercover investigations. Most remarkably, Garcia worked on many of these cases simultaneously, as he juggled his various undercover identities and roles. Garcia successfully managed to work as an undercover FBI Agent for 24 out of his 26 years of service without detection.
In addition, Jack Garcia is a fluent Spanish speaker and member of the FBI Agents Association (FBIAA), the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA), the NYPD Honor Legion, The National Police Defense Foundation (NPDF) and the Society of FBI Alumni. Jack Garcia is a guest speaker and lecturer at the FBI Academy, the FBI National Academy, and the FBI Citizens Academy on Organized Crime, Sensitive Operations and Undercover Training. He has been featured on 60 Minutes, the Discovery Channel, The Oprah Winfrey Network, CBS Evening News, CBS Early Show, The "Don Francisco Presenta" Show, CBS-4 Miami, 60 Minutes-Australia, Fox's Good Day New York and on Greg Gutfeld's "Red Eye" Fox Network show. He has also appeared in numerous radio programs, magazines and newspaper articles and is the author of the New York Times bestseller, "Making Jack Falcone- An Undercover FBI Agent Takes Down a Mafia Family". His story was optioned by Paramount Studios for a feature film with Academy Award Director, Steven Soderbergh and Actor, Benicio DelToro.

Jorge Miyar retired from the FBI after 32 years in law enforcement. He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Shortly thereafter, he became a State Police Officer with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and conducted investigations of environmental laws and other ancillary state statutes. He served 28 years as a Special Agent in the FBI investigating a myriad of federal violations ranging from drug trafficking, money laundering, Russian Organized Crime, major theft, violent crime, fugitives and counterterrorism. He was a member of the Miami FBI SWAT Team for over 15 years. In addition, he has extensive investigative and security experience working in hostile and volatile regions such as Iraq and in Central and South America.
During his FBI Career, Mr. Miyar had the opportunity to supervise The Major Theft/Hijacking Task Force. As the supervisor, he directed a local, state and federal Multi-Agency task force focused on violent hijackings of Interstate tractor trailers. He utilized and integrated the latest in high tech and complex investigative techniques solving many difficult investigative matters at the local, state and federal levels. Many of the investigations centered on global commerce and ports of entry like the ports of Miami and Fort Lauderdale also known as Port Everglades. During his tenor the task force received numerous awards and accolades from private industry for the successful amelioration of the crime problem. He supervised the High Intensity Drug Trafficking (HIDTA) Task Force comprised of several state, local and federal agencies by promoting a collaborative environment. The task force conducted high level, domestic and international investigations targeting South American criminal enterprises engaged in drug trafficking and money laundering.
Mr. Miyar also served a tour as the Operations Supervisor in Baghdad, Iraq. He was responsible for organizing the security, logistics and coordination of all movements of personnel outside the safe zones. He supervised bombing investigations and homicides of U.S. citizens in the Baghdad, Karbala and Al Hilla regions of Iraq. He was called upon to routinely brief U.S. military high command and FBI executive management on the results of his team's analysis and investigative progress all while serving in a hostile war zone.
Mr. Miyar is a licensed Private Investigator and the Investigative Director for Falcon Global Security. As a director for FGS, he manages, organizes and conducts criminal/civil investigations, surveillance, executive protection, physical security assessments, personnel management, and is a law enforcement liaison. He is engaged in Risk Management, Executive Protection, Cyber Security and civil/criminal investigations. He possesses exceptional leadership ability, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and is highly experienced in developing and fostering positive working environments. He has conducted personal and corporate background investigations for major media companies regarding sports agents and professional scouts involved in Major League Baseball. He has a long history with baseball, as he previously played in the minor leagues of the Dodgers franchise.
Larry Gilliland retired from the Central Intelligence Agency with over 24 years of experience in human intelligence (HUMINT) collection in overseas and domestic assignments. He's earned a M.P.A. from The University of Ohio and has a B.S. in education from The Defiance College, Defiance, Ohio. He is a graduate of the Mandarin Chinese Language Program, Chinese University, Hong Kong. During his distinguished CIA career, he gained invaluable and detailed understanding of East Asian and European business and banking practices. He developed knowledge and business acumen in the day to day functionalities as well as in the inter and intra relational dynamics of the business and banking industries. He has extensive experience in due diligence assessments, high-level negotiation and implementation of joint domestic and foreign projects.
Upon graduating from The Ohio State University, he became an operations specialist with Bowmar Instrument Corporation in Acton, MA. While at Bowmar he set up and maintained the semiconductor manufacturer branch office and in addition, performed due diligence on potential subcontractors.
Mr. Gilliland entered the CIA in 1991 and was assigned to the East Asia Division and served in several East Asia field offices. He performed the full range of operations officer activities to include extensive travel. On this assignment he acquired detailed knowledge of Asian investment practices. He was subsequently assigned to the Near East and South Asia Division where he improved intelligence collection and operational methodology against high priority targets; as well as implemented funding mechanisms and performed counterintelligence oversight.
Mr. Gilliland served as Site Chief, South Asia Field Office and was in charge of all site personnel and operations in a war zone under hazardous conditions. He used team-building skills to manage staff, contractors, and military personnel and improved site's security posture. He directed technical collection operations with host country military and intelligence officials.
As a Branch Chief at the CIA COUNTERTERRORISM CENTER (CTC), Mr. Gilliland directed and provided oversight to staff officers and contractors supporting HUMINT collection operations. He also initiated an outreach program that raised liaison cooperation with a Field Office to an enhanced level and collaborated on joint liaison operations with other services, supervised personnel of another government agency and initiated training courses for domestic Joint Terrorist Task Force Financial Coordinators. He capped his career serving as a Branch Chief at the CIA's Training Division and was in charge of all training related to specialized operations including training course design, curriculum delivery, staffing, and logistics.
Upon his retirement, Mr. Gilliland joined BAE Systems as an intelligence and collections consultant.

After over 36 years of public service, Mr. Kenneth T. McCabe is currently the owner of KTM & Associates Consulting and Investigations (Florida License # A1100285), and a Partner in Gaming Integrity Services (GIS), a Gaming Consulting Company. He consulted with the governments of Tinian and The Bahamas on gaming issues. He provided gaming advice to the States of New Hampshire and Florida. He is the former CEO of Southern Gaming Resorts LLC (SGR), and has almost seven years experience as a Gaming Regulator. In 2007 he was selected by Casino Magazine as one of the "People of the Year". He was one of the original Commissioners of the newly formed Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board who was responsible for establishing gaming in Pennsylvania, which is now second only to Las Vegas in gaming revenue in the US. They established a legal and regulatory framework, for the multi-billion dollar casino gaming industry in Pennsylvania, awarding 12 gaming licenses in a competitive process, and oversaw the construction, opening, and operation of six racinos and five casinos. He scrutinized and evaluated numerous reports, such as operating agreements, feasibility surveys, drive time analysis's, internal controls, background investigations, security plans, and financial reports. He conducted international probity background investigations and security reviews for the governments of the Bahamas and Tinian, and conducted training on how to conduct probity background investigations for those government investigators.
Mr. McCabe's public service began when he proudly served for almost 9 years in the United States Marine Corps upon his graduation from College. While serving as an Officer of Marines, Mr. McCabe received an appointment as a Special Agent (SA) in the FBI. He retired as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES-4) in the FBI after 21 years. In his last assignment with the FBI, he served as the Special Agent- in-Charge of the Pittsburgh Division, and directed 11 satellite offices located in two States. Prior to his assignment as the SAC Pittsburgh, he served as a Senior Executive in the FBI Laboratory Division where he was responsible for the FBI's scientific and technical response to any major crisis, special event, or WMD incident worldwide. Mr. McCabe directed the FBI's scientific and technical response to the bombing of the USS Cole, the 9/11attack on America, the Anthrax Investigation, and the 2002 Winter Olympics. He was in charge of the FBI"s scientific and technical response and support to the 2000 Democrat and Republican Presidential Conventions. He was one of the FBI's On-Scene-Commanders for the 2002 Winter Olympics and assigned to a Special White House Working Group addressing WMD matters. He was an Inspector conducting audits of FBI offices. He helped start and was then in charge of the FBI's Russian Organized Crime Program. As a Supervisor in Miami Florida, he was in charge of all drug money laundering investigations. He created strategic plans for major events and crises, and managed the response to these crises as the SWAT/Crisis Management Coordinator in Miami, Florida.
Mr. McCabe has a Master's of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration and has management experience at all levels of management. He completed courses at the Kellogg School of Management and The Executive Seminar at Harvard/MIT. Mr. McCabe taught police schools in the FBI at the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) in Budapest, Hungary; at the FBI Academy, Quantico, Virginia; and in-country schools in Russia, Slovenia, and Austria. He instructed FBI Executives on Crisis Management, and on how to manage high impact cases. He was an Assistant Professor at Point Park University in Pittsburgh Pa. teaching courses on Terrorism, Crisis Communications, and Criminal Justice in the Intelligence-National Security Matters and Criminal Justice Programs. He was an instructor with The Penn State Justice and Safety Institute where he developed and presented classes in the Police Law Enforcement Executive Course and was an assessor for Law Enforcement entry level, mid-management, and senior management. He was an Adjunct Professor with Webster University, teaching Graduate Courses in the School of Business and Technology teaching Security Management Courses. He is a Consultant on Gaming Matters, Security, Crisis Management and Leadership. He is a Public Speaker speaking to Clubs, Organizations, Businesses, Schools and Church Groups on Ethics, Honor, Leadership, Gaming, Terrorism, and Crime and the FBI.
