David Gessel. Haiman Yahya has leaded Wahj Al Ayn group from 2005 and gone through a lot of experience of many difficulties that never slowed him down to finish the mission, he lost his brother in the sectarian violence in Iraq and face many challenges through his life but still steady and still doing his best to finish the mission and get the company to the best ultimate position.

Omar Nazar Al- Chalabi: Founder, president and CEO of Wahj Al Ayn group. He was born in 1980, lived in Iraq his entire life, and learn how to take his place to be part of the country and serve it in the best way he can. He has BCH degree in computer science and business management and studied and got many other certificates in other fields to be aware of all the challenges that may face the job and to make sure it can be done, his eternal brand is the following "it's easy … don't make it hard". Omar Al-Chalabi has certificate in Translation, Media management, occupational Safety and health professional in construction and oil fields, aviation security and screening and civil rights. Omar Al-Chalabi has also trained by some of the best experts in the world in many fields. Such as survey analysis by Dr. Liscky on behalf of Lincoln group where Omar was a Field operation Manager, political research training by Mr. Steven Moore which is a political consultant with Gorton Moore International, Work shop researches and analysis, graphic designing, media editing, security management, aviation security by the expert Lachlan Mac Neil, Transportation Management, film making and producing by Roshini Thinakaran, filming and video recording, general relations management, computer programming and hardware maintenance, proposal writing and security technology with Eng. Omar was invited by National Geographic to attend the All Roads Film Festival in California. Unfortunately, a tragic event took place when travelling to the Airport and Ironically Omar was involved in a car bomb in Baghdad. Although, he suffered major complicated surgeries, he is on the full road to recovery and still strives to succeed in the growing business and nail from all the challenges.
