We are excited to update you that our Physiotherapist Mrs. Amneet Kaur has
extended her availability here after. She will now be available in both of our locations and is
willing to accept new patients. She has an expertise with common conditions like:Neck & Back
Barbara has 17 years of experience in the industry. She has since expanded her work techniques to include, deep tissue, soft tissue, hot stone, trigger points, foot massage, TMJ points, and Swedish massage. She loves helping people and always wants to make a difference in their lives. In her spare time, Barbara composes and performs music.
Karthik graduated from Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and has been practicing acupuncture for several years. Karthik has a deep appreciation for both Western and Eastern medicine. However, his passion for Chinese medicine and acupuncture began in their teens and has only grown stronger with time.
Karthik has a patient-centered approach and believes in treating the person as whole, not just the symptoms. He takes the time to understand each patient's unique health concerns and work with them to develop a personalised treatment plan that aligns with their goals.
In addition to acupuncture, He has undergone training in various Chinese medicine modalities, including cupping, moxibustion, and herbal medicine. They are committed to providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to their patients.
Other than TCM, He is also an avid cyclist and a hiker who enjoys doing that in his leisure time.

Our senior physiotherapist has more than two decades of experience in physiotherapy. Senthil's therapy sessions and yoga courses integrate the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern scientific approaches. Registered as a physiotherapist and massage therapist in Alberta, he additionally works as a yoga therapist and is a certified manipulation therapist who also practices intra-muscular stimulation (IMS) (dry needling) for various conditions. He specializes in physiotherapy for neurological and musculoskeletal problems, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), post-surgical rehabilitation, pediatrics, chronic pain management, vestibular rehabilitation and TMJ dysfunction.
Senthil has a masters in fitness, exercise rehabilitation and nutrition from YMCA College in his home country of India. He completed a masters degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences and a two-year Yoga Therapy course from the pioneering institution in its field - the Krishnamachary Yoga Mandhiram in India. He also has certifications in traditional Indian Ayurvedic therapies and massage.
Senthil is currently an instructor at Calgary's Mount Royal University in the department of Yoga Therapy Studies. He has also authored several magazine articles on health and fitness as well as a book, the Hand Book of Home Exercises.
Romina is an experienced physiotherapist who advocates a positive environment in treating
patients focused on their recovery. She has over 16 years of experience in the field of
physiotherapy. She is certified in Biomedical Dry Needling (BDN) / Intramuscular stimulation
(IMS). Romina is also a pelvic floor physiotherapist who assesses and treats pelvic health
