Traditionally the respiratory system has been seen as a non-limiting factor to performance, we are here to change this belief by bringing science to the breath. The techniques that I have developed take training the respiratory system to the next level, applying strength training principles to the breathing muscles. This allows athletes to easily gain the extra 5% performance shift, allow clients to take control of their breathing, anxiety and stress levels and give ex-smokers the chance to Get Back to Life.
