Since graduating college, Brad has spent the last 11 years specializing in alternatives to traditional fertilizers. From running a custom application business to partner in FGS, Brad has in depth experience with multiple forms of fertilizer formulations and applications. He has worked directly with growers and consultants in various regions of the US to improve agronomic, operational and economic efficiencies.
Ike was raised on a 3rd generation rice, soybean and cattle farm. He graduated from LSU with a Mechanical Engineering degree. He then returned to the farm and worked as a managing partner for 10 years. As a partner, Ike's duties were to manage fertility, seed variety selection, crop protection, application, crop scouting and grain drying. Since commercializing FGS in 2018, Ike has increased his knowledge base to spread across many different grains, fertility treatments, and soil types to better service FGS customers.
