Ashley Hathcock - Ashley is Jeff and Melissa's oldest daughter and the proud mother of the aforementioned grandson, Wesson. She is the administrative brain behind the scenes. She and her husband Joey enjoy cuddling on the couch with their baby and fur babies!

Jeff Kennedy - Jeff has been providing quality installations for nearly 25 + years now. When he isn't busy with providing installation services he enjoys spending time in the woods looking for his next deer, spending time with his family (especially his grandson Wesson), and watching anything UT, Go Vols!

Melissa Kennedy - They say behind every great man is a great woman and this just happens to be her! Melissa has experience in the flooring industry as she has worked for local distributors before. She shares the love of family time and with the three girls and one grandson. She also is a Big Orange fan. She also enjoys reading a good romance novel when she has a bit of freetime.
