GASP is funded by the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) and SERAC... GASP was formed in July 1999 to address substance abuse in our community among our youth population (12-20 years of age)... Ledge Light Health District (LLHD) is the local health department for East Lyme, Groton, Ledyard, Lyme, New London, North Stonington, Old Lyme, Stonington, and Waterford, Connecticut. From restaurant inspections to smoking cessation classes, we work hard to promote healthy communities and prevent disease, illness, and injury.
