As Axial's account manager, Claudine's job is to establish healthy and lasting relationships with our clients and to be the link between them and our team. She will move mountains to keep you happy throughout the process! Claudine ensures that everyone involved will use the best technology for your project, that the management process will be efficient, and that the quality of services will exceed your expectations!
Her career path
Claudine holds a bachelor's degree in public communication from Laval University and has over 20 years of experience in customer relationship management. At Axial since 2005, she has seen the company and the web grow and is therefore aware of the real needs of our clients. She now has a vital role within the company, and her skills throughout her career allow her to understand and guide our clients toward the best possible projects!
Clo is everyone's keeper. Empathetic and a good listener, she knows how to be there for others and help them feel good. She is a person who loves taking care of others as much as she loves taking care of herself by staying active and being around people she likes. She truly radiates positivity. That's the whole Axial culture in one person. Too bad we can't clone her!
President and founder of Axial, Daniel is a jack of all trades in the company. From account management to housekeeping (you read right!), he has tirelessly infused his passion and hard work into the company since 2002! As a positive person and a person who brings people together, he has contributed significantly to the progress and development of Axial since its foundation. Company culture is one of Daniel's top priorities, and he has been able to transmit his values to the team.
His career path
After obtaining his bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing at the Université de Sherbrooke, Daniel's entrepreneurial passion grew. He worked for several IT companies before starting his own business. Axial was founded a few years later, and Daniel has guided the company's progress ever since. Because he likes to keep busy and active, Daniel is involved in several organizations, such as the Sherbrooke Innopole financing committee, and as a mentor for the M Network. Managing to grow a business while being involved elsewhere is not an easy task, but if there is one person who can do it, it's Daniel!
An avid outdoorsman and do-it-yourselfer at heart, Dan is a dynamic and resourceful guy: these qualities also carry over into his work. He always looks for solutions and loves to work his brain to come up with new ideas to help our clients grow with us in the best way possible. To him, each day brings new challenges to overcome with joy. As Dan says, "My favourite moment at Axial is always the last one."
Diane is our amazing marketing director at Axial as well as a business strategist. Her goal? To accompany companies in their strategic business development decisions and ensure that technological choices are optimally integrated into their processes. In short, she will guide you in your digital transformation, from planning to deployment!
Her career path
Finding a career path as complete and prolific as Diane's is hard. She taught digital strategy and e-commerce at the Université de Sherbrooke, held various marketing, IT, and communications management positions, and is an entrepreneur. After obtaining her MBA, she put her ideas to work in several places before arriving at Axial, where her expertise is a wonderful addition to our team.
Fascinated by cooking, Diane loves experimenting with recipes to find the one closest to perfection. This quest for continuous improvement has spilled over into her professional life. Having worked in various business areas, she knows how to develop the best possible strategy based on your requirements. Organized and committed, her work ethic is second to none and is perfectly matched with her creativity to positively impact all the projects she undertakes!
Elizabeth has been one of our project managers at Axial since 2017. She acts as a link between the client and the team to ensure everyone is on the same page to deliver a project that meets your expectations on all levels. She also oversees quality control to ensure the quality of the project is not compromised. Her qualities and her importance within our team are unquestionable!
Her career path
Elizabeth's academic background is quite impressive and diverse. With a DEC in advertising, a bachelor's degree in communications, and a master's degree in project management, she was already packed with knowledge when she entered the job market. After a few years in an advertising agency and an IT company, she finally ended up at Axial, where she has since been an integral part of our team.
In addition to her St-Viateur bagel in the morning, Eli also finds happiness in socializing. She doesn't hesitate to share this happiness with her co-workers. An excellent clarifier, she can accurately identify problems and ask the right questions to solve them. As a big lover of plants, she is in charge of greening Axial's offices to bring a little more life into the decor!

A site that crashes is very frustrating. Especially when it's yours. Luckily, Kenny is here for that! At Axial since 2017, Kenny is our IT Director. He'll put everything in place to ensure your web infrastructure is secure, online, and meeting your demands. In addition, he is a critical player in constantly improving the technologies used at Axial. He is a vital part of our company!
His career path
With a degree in Computer Science, Kenny has over 15 years of experience under his belt. With a background in business analysis and entrepreneurship, he understands the business aspects of a company. He ensures that he understands your needs and models them to design a solution that will meet them. Whether it is at the technological or analytical level, his expertise is undeniable!
Extremely curious, Kenny loves researching solutions and new technologies to apply to our work processes at Axial. This inquisitive side allows him to constantly expand his knowledge. In addition to his curiosity, he stands out because of his patience and dedication. When we entrust him with a project, we all know the work will be meticulous and impeccable!
At Axial since 2009, Marie-Josée is our production manager. While combining happiness and organization, she ensures the distribution of workloads according to the strengths of each employee. She is involved in all facets of the company, from human resources to production and budgeting. She is truly the secret ingredient!

Marie-Josée holds a degree in business administration from the Cégep de Sherbrooke and joined Axial immediately after her studies. Since her arrival, her role within the company has only grown in importance, and she is now an indispensable team member. Today, her numerous years of experience have allowed her to become a versatile person who can contribute in many ways to realize your projects!
First and foremost, Mary is a caring person who makes sure everyone is happy. Her flexibility, empathy, and inclusiveness make her the best colleague for teamwork. She believes that teamwork is the foundation of Axial's success. A great lover of the outdoors, she loves being active and participating in various projects. As a project manager at Axial since 2020, Mélissa can define and understand your needs and then plan a great project that meets your objectives. She enjoys coordinating your projects and liaising between our team and clients. In addition to project management, she is also very involved in Axial's marketing activities, which allows her to deploy her versatility and skills to their fullest potential!

Mélissa holds a bachelor's degree in communication, writing, and multimedia from the Université de Sherbrooke. She has accumulated much experience in project management, marketing, and as a strategist over the past few years. This wealth of knowledge makes her the ideal person to guide your e-commerce project in a personalized and efficient manner.
Mel stands out with her excellent listening skills. This ability helps her understand the people around her and their current needs. In a parallel universe, she could very well be a psychologist! Patricia is our administrative assistant at Axial. She is in charge of everything related to numbers, payroll, billing, and accounting. At Axial since 2015, Patricia has been very comfortable in her vital role within the company. However, it doesn't stop there! She has an impressive background of professional experience ranging from real estate agencies to media and now the web. Again, her versatility has helped her progress through these different areas to become the effective and resilient person she is today!
Patricia is someone who loves to relax. Whether reading or painting in a relaxing environment, these little quiet moments make her happy. It is this relaxed atmosphere that she likes about Axial. An atmosphere that she also describes as friendly and upbeat. While contributing to this beautiful atmosphere, Patricia also brings her perseverance, resilience, and organization to the company to help others and make Axial more efficient.
A key member of our team of strategists, Sarah brings her enthusiasm and excellent analytical skills to Axial. Recently graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke with a Master's degree in E-Commerce Management, Sarah is always on the lookout for new developments in the industry. Now a strategist at Axial, she perfectly complements our team with her youth, quick wits, and thirst for learning!
Sarah is first and foremost a curious and motivated person. That's why she is constantly progressing and possesses knowledge beyond her years. Organized and methodical, she works very hard and efficiently. With her omnipresent positivity and her motivation to help others, there is no doubt why she has fit in perfectly at Axial!
The art director at Axial, Simon is the group's graphic designer and visual artist. With you, he will create a website design that will make your brand shine, while being user-friendly so that your customers can have the best experience possible. When Simon creates a website, you can rest assured that the browsing experience will be impeccable!
His career path
With a degree in graphic design from the Cégep de Sherbrooke, Simon quickly turned to the web world. Even though he has ten years of experience under his belt, he is always on the lookout for new trends in his field and is constantly looking to expand his knowledge in both UX and UI design. Always open to feedback, he loves to be challenged on his projects to reach an even better level of excellence and know-how!
