Casting workshop:10 continuous casting lines 1900/2300mm.We adopt electromagnetic stirring technology in melting furnace to uniformize the melt composition and temperature,RHl degassing porous plug brick at the bottom of holding furnace to primarily control the Hydrogen content in molten aluminium, on-line degassing and filtration device from Mitsui which achieves degassing efficiency above 60% and filter efficiency above 90% (inclusion granularity ≥ 5μm), the Hydrogen content is controlled beneath 0.12ml/100gAl.
