Aimee B. Irving is a paralegal in the Transaction Group that focuses on title and real estate work. Aimee has more than 16 years of experience in the legal industry.
She has worked for several law firms assisting in the practice areas of real estate, title, estate planning, corporate, and litigation. Aimee also served as a clerk for the Plymouth County Probate Court and completed an internship with the Brockton District Court Probation Department.
In her free time, Aimee enjoys gardening, cooking, sewing, knitting, and reading.

Bisera Thaci is a business attorney concentrating her practice in commercial lending, commercial real estate financing, loan foreclosure and workouts, and affordable housing and community development.
Outside of Hackett Feinberg, Bisera is an adjunct professor at Boston University School of Law where she teaches a course on "Commercial Lending" in the Graduate Program in Banking and Financial Law.
Brent W. Barringer concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate lending, banking, and general corporate matters.
His practice includes the representation of banks and other financial institutions, corporations, developers, nonprofit organizations, and governmental and quasi-governmental agencies. Brent's areas of focus include Search Fund Lending, Private Equity Lending and Mergers, and Acquisitions.
Brent also focuses his practice in the areas of tax and estate planning. His practice includes representing individuals, closely-held businesses, estates and trusts, with a special focus on tax planning.

Brittney B. Keophoxay is a paralegal in Hackett Feinberg's Transaction Group. Caitlin recently graduated from the Jack Welch School of Business and Technology at Sacred Heart University. Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Caitlin worked as a legal assistant for a Boston law firm where she assisted in drafting real estate documents for purchases, sales, deeds, refinances, and mortgages, and also assisted in preparing estate planning documents.

Christopher B. Holmes serves as Hackett Feinberg's Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the firm's Management Team.
He is responsible for overseeing all business operations including finance, human resources, information technology, business development, marketing, and facilities, as well as leading a broad range of change initiatives.
An experienced finance and management professional, Chris previously served for 11 years as Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Officer for a mid-size Boston law firm. Prior to that, he was the Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for two other professional services firms in the greater Boston area.

Christopher Sacht concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate, affordable housing finance, and commercial/industrial and asset-based lending. His practice includes the representation of banks and other financial institutions.
Chris also represents community development corporations as well as Massachusetts state agencies and institutional lenders in affordable housing transactions. These transactions often include multiple parties involving layers of public and private debt and equity, as well as the use of governmental programs and tax credits.
Dara Epstein Obbard concentrates her practice in the area of affordable housing development and financing. Her practice includes representing developers, banks, other financial institutions, nonprofit organizations, governmental and quasi-governmental agencies, and condominium associations.
Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Dara was an associate at a Boston firm where she represented both developers (private, nonprofit, and community-based) and large institutional investors in structuring, negotiating and closing complex acquisition, development, public/private equity, tax credit, and tax-exempt bond financing and refinancing transactions. Dara previously served as the Director of Development and Operations of the Community Water Center, a nonprofit organization based in Visalia, CA that is dedicated to helping disadvantaged communities obtain safe, clean, and affordable drinking water. Dara oversaw all of the internal functions of the Community Water Center, including strategic planning, marketing and publicity, fundraising, human resources, and accounting.

Diane E. Mahan joined Hackett Feinberg in October of 2001 and she has worked as a paralegal in both the Litigation Group and the Transaction Group.

Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Diane was employed at a firm in Quincy, Massachusetts for 15 years where she focused on civil litigation, residential real estate, and probate matters including domestic relations, trusts and estates.

Dorothy J. Heebner helps clients with commercial and real estate financing transactions, including construction financing, affordable housing developments, conveyancing, leasing, and general lending and banking.
DJ has assisted representing affordable housing developers, banks, and state and local government entities with transactions involving low income housing tax credits, tax exempt bonds, zoning and land use issues, swaps and hedging agreements, loan modifications, and workouts. She has helped with all aspects of transactions, including financial structuring, entity formation, corporate authorization, title review, document negotiation, and closing logistics.
DJ helps achieve clients' goals in closing fast-paced and complicated transactions through organized project management, and legal knowledge. She carries out diligence with a close attention to detail to help identify obstacles, and works collaboratively with working groups of lawyers and other professionals to develop creative solutions to reach beneficial closing outcomes.
