Antoinette Moore Littlejohn is a Client Services Representative at Healthcare Innovation Solutions (HCIS). She assist clinicians in their Merit Incentive Payment Systems (MIPS) reporting compliance for successful and sustained transformation to value based care. She has worked with multiple practices, providers, hospitals and systems in their Population Health, Value Based Care performance reporting initiatives. Her work has resulted in HCIS clients receiving in excess of millions of dollars in incentive payments. She takes particular pride in her work in getting multiple facilities and providers connected to the NJ Health Information Network, but most especially, New Jersey's first solo Practitioner.

Christy is a Client Services Coordinator within NJII's healthcare division in the Merit Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) program, where she is responsible for consulting qualified practitioners and analyzing data for Medicare reporting and submission. She graduated from Montclair State University with a bachelor's degree in Public Health and completed her Master's in Healthcare Administration at Seton Hall University. Christy has experience working in various sectors of healthcare from non-profit, outpatient and inpatient skilled nursing facilities.

Janelle Cosgrove is a Client Services Coordinator for HCIS, and is responsible for maintaining communications between the company and our many clients to ensure the smooth flow of project operations. After graduating from Montclair State University with a degree in Public Health, Janelle began her career in 2002 as an Ophthalmic Technician for the Eye Surgeons of North Jersey, where she would work for the next 10 years. Following that, Janelle would continue her career in the eye and skincare industries, ranging from Clinical Lead Specialist to Sales Manager. After 20 years of professional experience, Janelle would join HCIS, where she can utilize all sides of her diverse background and experience in the healthcare industry.

Jennifer oversees Healthcare Innovation Solutions (HCIS), which helps thousands of physicians across the country navigate the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' Merit-Based Incentive Payment Program (MIPS). Jennifer has more than two decades of experience in the healthcare field, and most recently served as senior vice president and chief information officer at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, NJ, where she led cybersecurity, HIPAA security and privacy, Information Services, Clinical Informatics and Telecommunications.
