Our company has recently become aware that a type of Hemorrhoids medication is being sold on a website which does not have any association with our company. The said website has published the image of our surgeon Dr. Canon Chan ("Dr. Chan") without any prior consent/ authorization and it has also made false claim that the said medication is endorsed and/or recommended by our Dr. Chan. A screen-capture of the said website is shown below. Our company wishes to clarify that such claims are completely untrue. Dr. Chan has never collaborated with the seller or manufacturer of that medication, nor has he ever sold, recommended, or dealt with that medication. Furthermore, he has never been a spokesperson for the said medication. Our company has already reported this matter to the police for further handling.
