Clint W. Miller

Clint spent over 20 years working in the Semiconductor Industry. After advancing through technical and managerial roles within manufacturing environments, he transitioned to the business side through a customer applications role. Earning a MBA kicked off a decade of sales, marketing, product and business development work across 3 continents. Leveraging the technical background and financial education, along with experience as both customer and supplier, Clint was able to better analyze and evaluate the true value of products and services to both sides of that equation. With a passion for attention to detail, Clint has successfully negotiated and written one-time, long-term and subscription-based contracts, for products and services in multiple countries. Clint holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Clint volunteers his time on multiple Boards of Directors, working on budgets, contracts and government compliance.

Kiely R. Deen

Kiely joined Intellion Analytics Group in 2021 as a Consultant. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining Intellion Analytics Group, she worked in Education as a Elementary Educator Team Lead.

Marcus D. Reading

Marcus specializes in intellectual property damages analysis including reasonable royalty and lost profit calculations. Marcus also has significant experience with intellectual property assertion, intellectual property monetization, trademark disputes, copyright, breach of contract disputes, commercial business disputes, financial modeling, valuation, and other economic damages issues. Marcus has led projects covering numerous industries including semiconductor, networking hardware, optical networking, wireless networking, cellular communications technologies, internet software, oil & gas drilling technology, commercial services, and telecommunications sectors. Marcus has had significant involvement with law firms and company personnel in the identification of relevant financial and economic information, and the development of damages scenarios. Marcus also holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Licensing Professional as well as a Certified Valuation Analyst. Marcus holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Marcus also studied for a year at the London School of Economics. Marcus is an active member of both the Licensing Executive Society (LES) and National Association of Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
