Blake Marchand has over 20 years experience providing comprehensive construction project management services, including contract administration, project controls, estimating, planning and scheduling, and training.
Curt has been providing accurate estimates for bids, budgets or vital cost analyses back-up for decision-making by the owner for over 40 years. Whether it's a conceptual narrative, a schematic design or 100% construction plans & specifications, he captures what is shown and advises on what is not.
Emily has worked in the Architecture and Engineering Industry for several years and enjoys contributing to project delivery when the JLD team needs help. She enjoys time with her family and time spent being active in physical exercise.
John has a BS in Engineering and Construction Management with Graduate studies in Finance. He served as Chairman of the Clackamas County Planning Commission and Economic Development Commission.
John is a highly creative individual, and enjoys golf, Building Architecture, and outdoor adventures.
- Consultant - Structural & Architectural Estimator
Larry will prepare the Structural estimate and contribute to Architectural estimating.
Larry has a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering. He started his construction career in the field before moving on to estimating.
Larry is detail oriented with a broad working base. He enjoys sporting activities and woodworking.
- Consultant - Electrical Estimator
Marius has a BS in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, and is a licensed Oregon Electrical General Supervisor. He has performed journeyman electrical tradesman work in addition to estimating electrical.
Marius enjoys golf, travel, table pool, and working for a living.
- Consultant - Civil & Landscaping Estimator
Mike has a BLA in Landscape Architecture, is a Registered Landscape Architect, and has worked as Division Manager in both Civil Engineering, Surveying, Landscape Architecture; and Estimator and Cost Analyst, Landscape Architecture.
Mike enjoys history and going on long, fast bicycle rides on the weekend, and during the week when possible.
