James Lynch

James brings over 25 years of demonstrated Project and LNG Operational experience to JPS, having led the safe operation of Major Hazard Facilities onshore and offshore throughout Australia. Experience Summary James has 25 years of Production Operations experience working across a diverse range of industrial projects both in Australia and internationally. For the last 18 years he has focused exclusively on LNG Operations, fulfilling pivotal roles in the pre-ops readiness, CSU and operate phases of 3 significant Australian LNG projects, both onshore and offshore. James has practical real world experience as a Field Tech, CCR Tech, Operations Supervisor, Production Coordinator and Production Manager, delivering value across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Jeremy Woodger

Jeremy has 20 years experience in development, implementation, and leadership on end-to-end project and commercial management, construction and commissioning management, within the construction, infrastructure, mining, defence, renewable and oil & gas sectors. Experience Summary He is experienced in the development and execution of construction and contract management strategies to meet the needs of multiple greenfield/brownfields projects and has successfully delivered large transformational change initiatives in the areas of people and culture, planning and organisational design. He has successfully implemented the application of six sigma techniques to identify and deliver process optimisation opportunities with real cost and efficiency benefits.

Nathan Pike

As the Operations Manager for JPS, Nathan is responsible for ensuring consistency across all aspects of the business in both development and project execution. Experience Summary Nathan started his Oil & Gas journey with Bechtel on the Santos GLNG Project. He very quickly became interested in project delivery, in particular the systemised based commissioning & startup approach. Having the opportunity to work alongside Bechtel and ConocoPhillips licensing team throughout the Construction, CSU and Operational phases, Nathan developed a full understanding of LNG Project Delivery as well as the process. This knowledge and experience proved invaluable with Nathan taking a pivotal role as a Lead Commissioning & Startup Superintendent on the WSLNG Project. Leveraging his experience, Nathan was able to incorporate learnings and improvement opportunities into all phases of the Project, from Construction through to Operation and Delivery of the Chevron's Multi Train LNG Facility.

Steven Kunz

As the Execution Manager, Steven is responsible for developing execution strategies that meet or exceed the requirements of our clients schedules and project safety performance indicators. Experience Summary Steven started his career in Oil & Gas in Germany and moved to Karratha, WA in 2011. With a diverse background in rotating equipment and specialised engineering, Steven undertook Mechanical Specialist/Engineering roles across multiple LNG and Ammonia production sites, providing support both in the field and in local engineering workshops. An opportunity arose for Steven to join the Wheatstone LNG Project, working for the Bechtel CSU team to support the systemised based start up and early Operational activities. Due to his in depth mechanical knowledge, leadership experience coupled with his background in engineering he rapidly progressed into a Lead System Startup engineering role where he successfully led a team responsible for critical and complex systems startup and into reliable operation.
