KILLOUGHTEEN NATIONAL SCHOOL

Killoughteen N.S. is a rural, mixed, catholic school just outside Newcastle West town. Our 236 pupils range in age from 4 to 13 years. The atmosphere in our school is a very happy one enhanced by a supportive parent body. We opened our first Special Class (ASD) and a pre-school on the school premises called Killoughteen Kids in September 2018. In September 2022 we opened our second Special Class.
