I am a certified Executive Coach (PCC, ACTP) and an Organisational Development Consultant (MA, MA) who provides coaching to executives and leaders, facilitates leadership development, and offers organisational development consultancy to organisations, teams and groups to support them to become more effective and inspired. I discovered my gifts and passion for enabling people and systems to unlock their potential during a time when I held my first leadership position in an international organization. I developed a profound interest in how we can develop ourselves and started my own journey of self-transformation, reading extensively and learning from a range of thought leaders in the world of personal growth, psychotherapy, leadership, organizational development and spirituality.
