When Gerald is not placing new tenants into rentals he spends his time as a professiona DJ and spending time with family. Gerald has 10 years experience managing rental properties. He currently has his own properties, and hopes to soon bring his experience to help others manage their properties. Gerald handles all of the maintenance requests for Komaca Properties.
Tora also has 10 years of property management experience. When Tora is not managing properties she enjoys home improvement and spending time with her grandchildren. Tora handles all of the administrative duties for Komaca Properties.
