KIWI LEADERS - Key Persons
Monique is the Kiwi Leaders coordinator, responsible for the day to day management of the Kiwi Leaders programme.
Monique is responsible for deploying our people development strategy ‘Kiwi Leaders' and Monique's main responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating programmes with industry partners, management of the CRM system, website and social media management, secondary school engagement, produce, programme administration, focus group meetings with industry partners and continued reporting to monitor the success of the programme.
Ray is originally from Tokoroa and recently moved to Tauranga from Auckland with his wife and two young children.
