Daniel Brosseau

Daniel Brosseau graduated from the Université de Montréal with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (B. Sc - Polytechnique) and a master's in business administration (MBA) from HEC Montreal. He joined CN's investment division in 1978, reporting directly to the President. This allowed him to partake in several management positions, namely Oil & Gas Manager, Private Equity, and International Investments Divisions. In addition to partaking in formulating CN's pension fund policies, he represented the fund on several company boards. From 1981 to 1987, he worked on creating CN pension fund's oil and gas subsidiary. Mr. Brosseau's exceptional career path has provided him with outstanding knowledge and a remarkable business vision, and has led to the fortuitous meeting with Peter Letko, that brought forth the foundation of Letko Brosseau in 1987. Recognized as a builder and a great visionary, he was able to carry out various projects that led to the rapid growth of a very successful firm, managing several billion assets for institutional and private clients. Graduate of both the engineering (B.Sc. Industrial Eng.) and business schools (MBA) of the Université de Montreal, Mr. Brosseau joined the CN Investment Division in 1978 and was involved in virtually all areas of activity of the Division. He reported to the President and, in his last year with the Division, he combined the functions of Manager, Oil and Gas, Manager, Private Placements, and Manager, International Investments. As a senior manager of the Division since 1981, he was actively involved throughout in setting overall investment policy for the CN Pension Fund. From 1981 to 1987, he was particularly active in the oil-and-gas industry and set up the pension fund's wholly owned oil-and-gas subsidiary. He founded Letko Brosseau with Mr. Letko in 1987.

Dr. Robert Marien

Dr. Robert Marien is a retired orthopedic surgeon. He was a practicing surgeon from 1985 -2022 in various Montreal hospitals including the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal General Hospital and Lasalle General Hospital. Dr. Marien was also Assistant Professor of Surgery at McGill University. He was awarded the Teacher of the Year Award in 1995. He was president and vice president of the orthopedic examination board of the College des Medecins du Quebec from 1993 -1997 and was an examiner for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons from 1995-2000. Dr. Marien has been an active lecturer with a particular focus on his specialty, injuries and surgeries of the lower limbs and Sports Medecine. Dr. Marien received a B.Sc. (Hon) Biology from Queen's University and an M.D.C.M. from McGill University. He completed his residency in orthopedics at McGill and fellowships in knee and shoulder surgery at the University of British Columbia and the University of Western Ontario.

Edward Dashwood

Edward Dashwood holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Ocean Sciences, specializing in Geology from the University of British Columbia, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from McGill University, as well as the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential awarded by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). Prior to joining Letko, Brosseau & Associates Inc. in 2016, he has worked as a geologist in multiple mining and mineral exploration companies in British Columbia, the Northwest Territories, and the Yukon Territory. As co-chair of the Climate Change Committee alongside Alex Letko, Mr. Dashwood is known for his sustainable approach to investment, his diligence, as well as his attention to detail and dedication.

Heidi Rodier

Isabelle Girard

Isabelle Godin - CFO

Isabelle Godin graduated in accounting from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) title. Prior to joining the firm in 1997, she held a senior auditing position with Price Waterhouse and, subsequently, a supervisory position in group accounting with Canadian Pacific. Her extensive expertise has enabled her to evolve within the firm for over 25 years. In addition to holding the position of Chief Compliance Officer, she is now head of the company's operations and finance departments. Ms. Godin is known for her dedication, attention to detail, welcoming nature, and ability to listen to her peers in order to provide advice and find solutions.

Ivan Kraljevic

Jean Gattuso

Jean Gattuso holds a Commerce degree from McGill University and an MBA from the École des sciences de la gestion (ESG, UQAM). He spent 34 years at Lassonde Industries, including 12 as President and Chief Operating Officer until 2021. He sat on the board of Investissement Québec and the Cercle des présidents. He also co-chaired the National Supply Chain Task Force / Transport Canada. In 2001, he co-founded the Conseil de la transformation alimentaire du Québec (CTAQ), where he served as Chairman of the Board for several years. Mr. Kaczor is chief economist at the firm, responsible for chairing the company's Economics Committee. As Portfolio Manager, he is responsible for managing fixed income assets. He is also a part-time faculty lecturer at McGill University in Behavioural Finance. With a career spanning over a decade at Letko Brosseau, Mr. Kaczor is known for his efficiency, strategic thinking and communication skills.

Mr. Jean-André Élie

Mr. Jean-André Élie is a corporate director having served on the boards of public and private companies, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. He has served on the boards and audit committees of various entities such Alimentation Couche-Tard, Hydro-Quebec, Loto-Quebec, Industry Canada, and Office of the Comptroller General under the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. He was also a director of IIROC, the Canadian investment industry's regulatory body. Over the years, Mr. Élie has also been involved as director of several community and cultural organizations, including the OSM. After twelve years at Rolland Inc., one of Canada's important producers and distributers of fine paper, where he held the position of Vice-President, he pursued his career as an investment banker at Burns Fry (today BMO Nesbitt Burns) from 1981 to 1995 where he acted as VP and Director of Government and Corporate Services. He subsequently served as General Manager for a Canadian bank owned by Société Générale (France) from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Élie is a recipient of the Order of Canada for his ongoing contributions to governance in the arts and for his philanthropy in support of numerous causes. He is also a recipient of the Ramon John Hnatyshyn Award (Governor General Award) for voluntarism in the Performing Arts and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal for his contribution to the community. Mr. Birks previously served as the President of Henry Birks and Sons Ltd. from 1985 to 1989 and has extensive global experience having worked in various countries including Australia, Japan and South Africa for Coles-Myer, Mitsubishi Bank, and Van Zwam, Vladykin and Douglas, respectively. Mr. Birks has served as Chair of the board of directors of Viterra Inc. as well as Chair and board member of numerous corporations (including Prenor Inc., Télécité Inc., Société Générale de Financement and Air Canada), educational institutions, hospitals and foundations. Nathalie Francisci

Founder of Venatus Conseil and then Associate with Odgers Berndston for several years, she is currently Regional Executive President - Eastern Canada for Gallagher Group. In addition, she is an Associate Professor of Governance at McGill University (Desautels Faculty) and has been a columnist with Les Affaires newspaper for the past 20 years. Throughout her career, she sat on the board and committees of various firms such as Sphère Média, the Quebec Institute of Corporate Directors (IAS Québec), along with several charities, cultural organizations and associations. She currently sits on the board of directors of Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. and LG2, a Canadian creation and communication agency.

Nick Paskulin

As a senior member of the Pension Fund's staff, he had responsibilities in the determination of investment policy for the Fund, as well as specific responsibilities for the management of portions of both private and publicly traded equities. He also represented the Pension Fund as a director on the boards of companies in diverse industries including leasing, real estate, oil and gas, and venture capital. He founded Letko Brosseau with Mr. Brosseau in 1987. Peter Letko is a McGill University graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (BCom.), and a CFA® charterholder. In 1972, he joined CN's investment division where he was involved in virtually all company pension fund activities. As Director of Investments, reporting directly to the President, he partook in developing the fund's investment policies and was responsible for managing public and private companies' portfolios. In this capacity, he represented the CN pension fund on various boards of directors. This rich experience allowed Mr. Letko to become a leader in the investment community, and has led to the fortuitous meeting with Daniel Brosseau with whom he founded Letko Brosseau in 1987. Rohit Khuller

Rohit Khuller is a McGill University graduate (MBA) with a bachelor's in engineering from Delhi College (B. Eng). A CFA® charter holder, he has also completed the Harvard Business School General Management Program (GMP). Prior to joining Letko Brosseau in 1998, he held a senior sales engineering position at Carrier Aircon Ltd, after completing internships with major companies such as Suzuki India, Indian Airlines and Bank of America. Mr. Khuller's career in various industries such as automotive, aerospace and banking in several countries has enabled him to deepen his knowledge in different fields. After 25 years with Letko Brosseau, in addition to his role as Portfolio Manager, he is now Vice President, Investment Management and member of the Investment Council, overseeing portfolio strategy and risk management for all the company's assets, and is responsible for the firm's emerging markets equity investments. Mr. Khuller is recognized for his talent as an investor, his strong analytical skills, and his diligence in his work.

Stéphane Lebrun

Stéphane Lebrun holds a master's degree in finance (M.Sc.) from the University of Sherbrooke. He is a CFA® charterholder, and has the FSA (Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting) Credential. Mr. Lebrun has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, ranging from corporate finance to portfolio management. Prior to joining Letko Brosseau in 2000, he worked as a financial analyst at the Bank of Canada Pension Fund, in the treasury department of Avenor Inc. (now part of Resolute Forest Products Inc.), and at UBS Bunting Warburg Inc. in the research division, forest products sector. As Vice President, Investment Management at Letko Brosseau, he chairs the Investment Council, overseeing the company's portfolio strategy and risk management for all assets. He is also a member of the firm's Executive Management Committee.

Sylvie Richard

Before joining the firm in 2002, she worked more than 10 years mainly in accounting and reporting at Standard Life and Desjardins Sécurité Financière, and four years as external auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick. At Letko Brosseau, Ms. Richard is responsible for monitoring the compliance of client portfolios with their investment policies and the firm's internal policies.

Terry Howard

Following the acquisition of A&P by Metro Inc. in 2005, Mr. Howard was named Vice President, Integration and worked to realize the synergies arising from the combination of the two companies.

Usman Olubajo
