DOUBLE A SOLUTIONS

If you're the Account Owner, your username is typically your agency ID starting with A (i.e. A000000), and your agency ID email address is typically the email associated with your account (i.e. A000000@allstate.com)... To retrieve your username, use the Forgot Username process. You will need to provide the Allstate agency ID associated with your account (i.e. A000000) and email address associated with your username. This will send you an email with your username that you can use to log in.
