Ashley is a self-proclaimed jack of trades, and master of some. She was born and raised in Des Moines, IA and now she, her husband Scott and their three kids; James, Charles, & Haley call western Iowa their home. She has been curating websites and branding for businesses and non-profits alike for nearly 20 years. She believes that everyone deserves great design and has made that her mission. Her drive for excellence and love of learning are the foundation for all she does. If she doesn't know how to do something, just give it a day.
When she isn't creating design or creating shenanigans with her kids, you'll find her with her husband knee deep in some kind of home renovation.
Carl Ubinas is a follower of Jesus Christ. He is married with five children from 12-25 and lives in Nashville, TN.
He is a veteran Sales & Marketing Executive with an extensive history of helping small, medium and large church, para-church as well as for-profit organizations launch and grow their footprints and reach.
Leveraging knowledge, experience and technique acquired over 30 years, he has worked with major media companies like Fox Television, Hallmark Channel Latin America, Univision Communications, Viacom and a national non-profit ministry Global Impact Ministries/LoveLife.
He has been instrumental in the development of ministries like the Life Center Troutman, Frontline Family and My Father's House Nashville.
Laura earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Benedictine College. Laura enjoys organizing, decorating, and checking things off her to-do list. She has a passion for hard work and making sure things are completed on time. Her eye for detail and attention to proper grammar, ensures her work is impeccable.
She grew up in a small town in Iowa and likes to call herself a country girl. After marrying her husband, a Pennsylvania native, she moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for about a year and a half where she worked as an administrative assistant. Laura moved back to her home state of Iowa in 2020 and began working for LGM.
When she isn't poring over project deadlines, reporting, and managing social media, she loves spending time with her family as well as the everyday chaos of being a mom to a toddler.
Laura lives in West Des Moines, Iowa with her husband and daughter.

Detail-oriented and meticulously organized, she navigates the complexities of payroll, human resources, and accounting with finesse, ensuring smooth sailing in the day-to-day operations.
Known for her unwavering commitment and tenacity, Stephanie never shies away from a challenge. She thrives under pressure, consistently rising to the occasion and exceeding expectations. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Michael now calls Nashville, Tennessee his home. Growing up in L.A., Michael was inspired by the works of Walt Disney and Hayao Miyazaki, and followed his passion by pursuing his degree in Media Arts and Animation. Since graduation, Michael has enjoyed years worth of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, film-editing, and animation. His set of skills are assets to the LGM brands' creative team.
In his free time, Michael loves spending time with his daughter, Harmony. You can find them exploring Nashville and now enjoying the "country" life.
