It was my responsibility to provide executive leadership regarding business strategy and talent management, as well as Information Systems and reporting directly to the board in France... I began working for the Animal Hospital group as a consultant focused on improving their management reporting and assisting in the financial improvement of a couple of their hospitals... Following my time consulting I was offered a full time position overseeing Finance and IT for the group as their Director of Financial Operations.
