We opened the doors to recruit in 2007. We've supported a lot of the same clients since our beginning and continually add more as we develop new relationships along the way. It allows us to get access to a lot of candidates that come via recommendation, the best type of candidate in our opinion. We choose to discuss a role openly with candidates, it's their choice if they want to be considered for the role.
