Monique's passion for the healthcare industry started whilst working as a nurse in Perth, WA. After spending time-abroad Monique decided to visit the fast-pace city of Sydney which she now calls home.
Having gained experience in nursing and radiology recruitment, Monique's enthusiasm in radiology led her to gaining a deeper understanding of the industry. Working directly for radiology organisations and closely with all staff from Radiologists to clerical, she understands how a practice operates and the importance in seeking the right candidates.
