The Mohatta Palace Museum is a source of pride for the citizens of Karachi as it aspires to become a museum of international standing and a beacon of hope and commitment to the city. None of this would have been possible without the support of the Federal Government, the Government of Sindh and our key donors who share our vision for a symbol of a cultural renaissance in Karachi... Mohatta Palace Museum is run by the Mohatta Palace Gallery Trust, a charitable trust with the Governor of Sindh as its Chairman. There are fourteen trustees in all with four ex-officio members (the Governor, the Chief Secretary of Sindh, the Federal Secretary of National History and Literacy Heritage Division, the Director General of Department of Archaeology and Museum Islamabad, the provincial Secretary of Culture and Tourism Department.
