Counselling in the Monnow Valley with Linda Fitzsimmons - Herefordshire, Monmouthshire and West Gloucestershire... My great joys in life come from my three grandchildren, my garden, my books, and cooking for family and friends... My counselling is 'integrative', meaning that I draw on a range of approaches to counselling, depending on what is best for the particular client. I see my job as being to help clients explore their situations, their concerns, their difficulties and their possibilities for change, and to support them in making changes. I think of counselling as being not only about compassionately addressing current problems and difficulties, but also as an opportunity to reflect on who we are, the influences on us, and any developments we might like to work towards.
