Welcome to The Glenville Queen Family Restaurant. I have worked in the Food Business most of my adult life and I truly love it! I started in this business by washing dishes. Gradually, as I worked harder, I was noticed by the people I worked for. I took everything in and learned as much as I could about the food, ordering from a distributor, working with you, the public and many other lessons, too numerous to mention here... I knew I wanted to stay in this business so in 2001, I graduated from the Hotel and Restaurant Management Program at Schenectady County Community College. While working full time and raising a family, I attended school part time. Several years later, my hard work was rewarded and I became a Manager. This provided me with a well rounded education in the Restaurant Business and gave me the opportunity to put my own style and my own "touches" on certain things.
