MTL Barrister is a team of forward thinking insurance defence counsel committed to dealing with the most challenging aspects of the insurance industry. The firm was founded by Michael T. Lax who has dedicated his practice to the defence of insurance claims since 1990 and whose philosophy of the manner in which insurance claims ought to be defended guides the approach of the firm.
