Alyssa Rounsaville

Alyssa Rounsaville, our Senior Paralegal, prepares estate plans and probate documents for our attorneys to review. Alyssa received an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Rowan College at Burlington County and a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Justice Studies from Rowan University. When Alyssa graduated from college, she couldn't wait to start working as a paralegal. She was impressed with how Nesevich Law interacts with their clients and treats them like family. She knew it was the perfect place for her to launch her career. Alyssa loves spending time with her family, shopping, and reading good thriller books. She has two dogs, Bubby and Peanut, that she adores.

Analiese LaVine

Analiese has an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Rowan College at Burlington County and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Law and Justice from Rowan University. Analiese was drawn to Nesevich Law because of the team camaraderie as well as Russ's passion for estate planning, compassion for others, and his dedication to serving the community. Analiese loves talking to clients, getting to know them on a personal level, and providing them as much assistance as she can. Analiese has a 17 year old dachshund named Shadow. She enjoys attending yoga classes and is an avid reader. When Analiese is not doing yoga or reading, you can find her spending quality time with her friends and family.

Melissa Jost

Melissa Jost, our Director of Community Outreach manages all of our external relationships with community groups and referral partners as well as oversees our Nesevich Law Cares program. This charitable program allows our clients to select one of five local charities to receive a contribution from Nesevich Law when their documents are completed. Melissa graduated from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and an elementary education certification. Melissa was a third grade teacher in the Evesham School District for over 10 years before resigning to be more involved in her children's upbringing. Melissa re-entered the workforce with Nesevich Law, because she and Russ were perfectly aligned in their values about local philanthropy and community engagement. Melissa enjoys collaborating with local organizations and community members whose impact is magnified through the support of Nesevich Law. Melissa has been married to her husband Robert for 15 years and has two sons, Ryan and Kyle. Melissa loves the beach, vacationing with her family, party planning, and trying new restaurants.

Michael Penalba

Michael Penalba, our Administrative Assistant, assists with all of our back office procedures and reporting. Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing Management. Prior to joining Nesevich Law, Michael worked as an intake specialist and virtual assistant doing social media management and research. Michael was drawn to Nesevich Law because of the opportunity to utilize and advance his business skills. Michael loves being part of a dedicated and committed team and appreciates how Russ cares for his employees. Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as singing and playing the guitar. He loves learning new things that allow him to expand his understanding and knowledge of the business world.

Suzanne Cooper Abrams

Suzanne Abrams, our Associate Attorney, manages our Probate practice and advises clients on Estate Planning matters. Suzanne has a Bachelor of Accountancy from The George Washington University, and a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School. She previously worked as an ERISA attorney, consulting with corporations on their Employee Retirement & Benefit plans. She pivoted and followed her passion for education and fundraising as the Director of Parent and Alumni Programs at Moorestown Friends School. Suzanne was drawn to Nesevich Law because the firm's vision is focused on each individual client and strives to develop long term relationships with them. Suzanne's compassion for helping others and her deep understanding of the probate and estate planning process aligned directly with Nesevich Law's philosophy. Suzanne and her husband Brad have two grown children and share their home with a spunky little dog, Lucy the Cavapoo. In her free time she enjoys cooking, gardening, needlepoint and is an aspiring golfer.
