Hiromi Tanaka

Ms. Tanaka has worked with a variety of clients, such as chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, other manufacturing and financial sectors. Ms. Tanaka has 20 years' experience in working with people and organizations to empower them to learn and grow. Based on her experience in facilitation, assessment, coaching and training people, she has worked with clients related to challenges such as leadership team building, leadership transformation, succession planning and organizational development. She completed her Bachelor of International and Cultural Studies at Tsuda Collage. She studied Community Development at the University of the Philippines as an exchange student. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Aoyama Gakuin University.

Kenji Kobayashi

At his firm, he has provided hands-on support to client companies for both multinational Western companies and Japanese companies, particularly in Consumer Goods and Healthcare industries, not only in search but also in executive assessment and other talent management-related consulting capacities. He also led cross-industry HR Practice and has built extensive network with HR executives across industries. He has also managed several Japan key accounts on a global basis and supported their global business expansion from organization and leadership perspectives. Prior to working in executive search, Mr. Kobayashi was the director of marketing, North Asia, at Herbalife in Japan. He began his career at Suntory Ltd., where he held various leadership roles in marketing, finance, corporate planning and M&A functions. He spent over 14 years overseas as senior management for Suntory's major subsidiary companies in the U.S. and Southeast Asia, including serving as vice president, regional marketing at Cerebos Pacific Ltd. in Singapore. Mr. Kobayashi holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, IL, U.S.A. He received a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tokyo, Japan.

Koji Sato

Mr. Sato has designed and implemented a global executive reward management and leadership development program and also designed and conducted a leadership development program and executive coaching for global top position holders. He has designed and introduced competency based reward and performance management systems. Mr. Sato has more than twenty years of experience in human resource management consulting and has wide range of expertise. Within reward management systems, he has worked on executive and employee compensation design covering base salary management, bonus and incentive programs, long term incentive and performance management system. Within assessment and leadership development, he has worked on executive assessment and coaching, leadership development program, succession planning, leadership competency modeling.

Stephany Ballard

Ms. Ballard is practical and flexible in her approach, designing systems that meet the needs of her clients while taking into account their short- and long-term business goals. She has worked with companies in a broad range of industries, including utilities, financial services, international banking, transportation, healthcare, retail, and high tech. Ms. Ballard serves as champion for both the assessment and talent management practice areas at her firm. She is skilled at management and executive coaching and has provided career counseling for numerous clients. Previously, Ms. Ballard was based in The Hague, where she established the PDI Ninth House office in the Netherlands and was responsible for supporting the Firm's work with a multinational oil company, as well as developing new business opportunities. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ballard worked as an independent consultant. In addition, she has served as an assessor for Personnel Assessment Systems and as an instructor at Old Dominion University. She held an adjunct teaching position at Marymount University where she taught a graduate class in selection and performance appraisal.

Yuta Nakamura

Prior to joining his firm, Mr. Nakamura worked as a Consultant at Japanese major executive search firm. He has been specializing in the Industrial and Technology markets as well as HR and IT Center of Expertise. Prior to becoming an executive search professional, he worked at Sony where he started his career as an embedded software engineer and architect for consumer products followed by Talent Acquisition and HRBP manager. Mr. Nakamura holds a master's degree in System Design and Management from Keio University in Japan, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Physics from Boston College in United States. He is fluent in Japanese and English.
