Amy Matey

Amy Matey has nearly a decade of experience in professional training and development, client relationship management, and strategic planning. Ms. Matey is a skilled professional with more than ten years of experience in higher education, private practice, and government service. Before joining the firm, she was the Executive Director of Health Care Compliance Education at Seton Hall Law School, where she was responsible for creating, managing, and marketing the law school's domestic and international professional training programs. Before that, she served in various capacities in both the public sector and private practice. Ms. Matey works with the firm's leadership to advance its mission, developing and maintaining strong, effective, and strategic working relationships with partners, associates, and staff to align resources to meet the firm's needs and advance its objectives. She supports the firm by facilitating the development of organizational and operational strategies and policies and works to improve the firm's efficiency and effectiveness in marketing, business development, and attorney development. She is the Immediate Past President of the Seton Hall Law School Alumni Council, a member of the Township of West Caldwell Zoning Board of Adjustment, and is fluent in Spanish.

Amy Sachs

Amy Sachs advises and defends clients in product liability, mass tort litigation, business torts, and complex commercial disputes. Ms. Sachs has an active litigation practice handling cases from inception through disposition. She prides herself on providing detailed case analysis and defense strategy to facilitate effective case resolutions. Ms. Sachs also has experience counseling management on employment contracts and separation agreements, updating and drafting employee handbooks, conducting investigations, and compliance with various federal, state, and local employment laws. He has tried well over 100 cases to verdict in both state and federal court and has resolved thousands of cases through mediation and arbitration over his illustrious career. An accomplished criminal lawyer, as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, Mr. Lash effortlessly transitioned to the civil bar many years ago and has successfully tried cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters, including personal injury actions, dram shop/social host liability, environmental contamination and Spill Act cases, construction site accidents, toxic tort matters, as well as commercial and business disputes. He has also argued numerous times before the New Jersey Appellate Division.
