Adam Flannery is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals in a variety of commercial litigation and employment related matters.
Mr. Flannery prides himself on diligently serving his clients' interests. He uses strong analytical and research skills to efficiently identify solutions to complex problems.
During his clerkship, Mr. Flannery assisted the Hon. Arnold L. Natali, Jr., J.A.D., in drafting more than forty appellate judicial opinions. During law school, Mr. Flannery worked as a student attorney for the Civil Litigation Clinic at Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice and served as an intern with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. He also earned the law school's Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law and Best Oral Advocate Award in the school's Appellate Advocacy program.
Amy Robinson has over fifteen years of experience in a wide variety of practice areas, focusing primarily on complex commercial, insurance, and negligence cases.
Ms. Robinson has litigated in private practice for the entirety of her career. Before joining O'Toole Scrivo, LLC, she worked at several boutique firms and a large national firm, focusing on products liability and commercial litigation. She also taught legal research and torts for a local college's paralegal certificate program.
Ms. Robinson concentrates her practice in a variety of areas, including complex commercial litigation and carrier representation. As representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation throughout her career, she is client-focused and responsible for all facets of litigation, zealously representing and guiding her clients successfully through the litigation process, representing both corporate and individual clients at the state, federal, and appellate levels.

Amy Matey has nearly a decade of experience in professional training and development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
Ms. Matey is a skilled professional with more than ten years of experience in higher education, private practice, and government service. Before joining the firm, she was the Executive Director of Health Care Compliance Education at Seton Hall Law School, where she was responsible for creating, managing, and marketing the law school's domestic and international professional training programs. Before that, she served in various capacities in both the public sector and private practice.
Ms. Matey works with the firm's leadership to advance its mission, developing and maintaining strong, effective, and strategic working relationships with partners, associates, and staff to align resources to meet the firm's needs and advance its objectives. She supports the firm by facilitating the development of organizational and operational strategies and policies and works to improve the firm's efficiency and effectiveness in marketing, business development, and attorney development.
She is the Immediate Past President of the Seton Hall Law School Alumni Council, a member of the Township of West Caldwell Zoning Board of Adjustment, and is fluent in Spanish.
Amy Sachs advises and defends clients in product liability, mass tort litigation, business torts, and complex commercial disputes.
Ms. Sachs has an active litigation practice handling cases from inception through disposition. She prides herself on providing detailed case analysis and defense strategy to facilitate effective case resolutions.
Ms. Sachs also has experience counseling management on employment contracts and separation agreements, updating and drafting employee handbooks, conducting investigations, and compliance with various federal, state, and local employment laws.
During law school, Ms. Sachs interned with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and served as a Student Advocate in the Seton Hall Law School Conflict Management Program.
Mr. Vayas is an organized and zealous advocate for the firm's clients. During law school, he worked as a student attorney for the Equal Justice Clinic at Seton Hall Law's Center for Social Justice, where he assisted in the writing of an amicus brief submitted to the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Arthur Lash is a seasoned trial lawyer and litigation attorney who spent his nearly fifty-year career in New Jersey courtrooms. He has tried well over 100 cases to verdict in both state and federal court and has resolved thousands of cases through mediation and arbitration over his illustrious career.
An accomplished criminal lawyer, as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, Mr. Lash effortlessly transitioned to the civil bar many years ago and has successfully tried cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters, including personal injury actions, dram shop/social host liability, environmental contamination and Spill Act cases, construction site accidents, toxic tort matters, as well as commercial and business disputes. He has also argued numerous times before the New Jersey Appellate Division. His practice concentrates on various complex litigation areas, including insurance services, catastrophic loss, wrongful death, products liability, construction accident, toxic tort, and commercial litigation.
Brian Griffin focuses his practice primarily on litigation, real estate and land use matters, providing his clients with sound advice in diverse matters.
Mr. Griffin assists clients in a wide range of matters, including commercial real estate litigation, construction defect litigation, community association law, landlord-tenant matters, and zoning, regulation, and land use.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Griffin was a principal of a boutique law firm engaged in litigation and transactional matters. He has served as general counsel to various community associations, providing guidance on governance, fiduciary responsibilities and litigation. He also represents landlords and businesses in a variety of litigated and land use matters. He regularly appears before land use boards and municipal bodies on behalf of developers. He also has experience in real estate and corporate transactions as well as estates and trusts matters.
