As Chief Financial Officer for Padda Law Group, Andy Gilles directs all aspects of the firm's accounting and finance functions. In this role, he serves as a key business advisor to the managing partners and other firm leaders regarding financial matters and strategic and operational decisions. His leadership responsibilities also include developing annual operating and capital budgets, implementing and maintaining robust risk management and financial controls, and developing valuable technologies, analytical tools, and metrics pertinent to profitability, revenue, utilization, realization, and other goals. In addition, he collaborates with leadership to create and capitalize on effective pricing strategies to optimize revenues, engagements, and profitability. Prior to his arrival at Padda Law Group, Andy served as the Head of Finance for the Law Division of U.S. Bank, including supervision of its global law firm management program, pricing strategy, and annual operating budget. Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and twin daughters, traveling, hiking, and playing golf in his free time. *Andy Gilles is not a practicing attorney
