PATRICK HOWELL

I am a professional software developer who is comfortable developing in layers of an application and who has a keen interest in both technologies and techniques. I take pride in my work and will always find the correct solution to a problem. I enjoy code review and am always happy to support, or be supported by, colleagues... I am comfortable with working in multi-disciplinary agile teams and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues. While I enjoy working as part of a team or programming in a pair or swarm, I can work effectively and happily alone... I am experienced in an agile environment, having filled both the Scrum Lead and Product Owner role for teams I have worked in. I am keen to take an active role in the scrum team and I am comfortable in any position.
