Alyssa Jarman is a financial advisor with the planning team of F-Squared Advisors at Pacific Capital Resource Group, Inc. Alyssa has an education-centric practice and takes the time to strive to provide each client with the knowledge and resources they need to be successful. Her focus areas are retirement planning, college funding, insurance (Life, Disability, Long-Term Care), investment planning, and professional money management. Alyssa is Life, Disability & Long-Term Care licensed and is also a Registered Representative of Osaic Wealth, Inc. Alyssa is currently a resident of Seattle and invests her time in the community as an advocate for financial literacy. As part of the Women's Resource Group, she teaches seminars for women's groups and partners with local companies such as Amazon and Microsoft to bring practical education to their teams. In the past 8 years, the Women's Resource Group has impacted over 10,000 lives through education. As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), Alyssa is also equipped to help individuals before, during, and after the divorce process. She brings compassion and understanding to individuals throughout this process, offering support through strategic advice tailored to her clients' needs. Born and raised in Olympia, WA, Alyssa is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University. April Wilson

After watching how personal financial decisions affected her family as a child, she became obsessed with understanding the powers of money and finance. She has been in the financial services industry since 1994, and during that time has had the opportunity to work in two northwest financial advisory practices. In 2006, she started her own financial advisory practice in Bellevue with Pacific Capital Resource Group, a holistic financial services firm. She is the expert eyes for her clients and an advocate for empowerment through education. She heads the PCRG Women's Resource that reaches the community through educational seminars and speaking events, educating women on making better financial decisions and understanding areas of financial planning that are relevant to their everyday lives. April resides in Kirkland with her husband Jason, daughter Zoe and son Jack. When April isn't working she enjoys snow skiing, golfing, boating and biking.

Costa Capellas

In 2009, Costa moved from the Bellevue, Washington office to Lake Oswego, Oregon to help Pacific Capital open and start a new branch office. Fernando Pohina

The son of a struggling single-mother, Fernando worked with his mom at the local swap meets, fairs, and odd jobs which taught him the value of hard work, dedication, and the value of a dollar. While watching his mother work a full time job, go back to college and get both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree, he witnessed her make the same mistakes that so many Americans make by not being financially literate. Seeing her struggle through these hard times gave him the desire to want to help clients seek financial freedom by creating financial efficiencies to help achieve their goals. While going to college in Thousand Oaks, California, he was fortunate to be mentored on relationship building, operational management, and the importance of taking care of employees and clients. At the age of 23, and through his hard work and dedication, Fernando became the youngest branch manager at FedEx Office is Los Angeles. He was then promoted to the Senior Center Manager in Bellevue, Washington, managing a staff of 92 in one of their largest sales operations in the company. He had a sales budget of over $5M and a large client base and was a consistent top performing cluster.

He was part of Pacific Capital's founding group in 1998, and subsequently purchased the firm from its founder in 2000. Today, he is the Chief Executive Officer. Kurt began his career in management in 1995 after a successful start to building his financial planning practice and has won an International Management Award from GAMA (the management association to the financial services industry) every year since 1998. Pacific Capital as a firm is in GAMA's Diamond category, which is the top production category GAMA recognizes for its member firms. Kurt earned the Chartered Financial Consultant's designation in 1998 and the Chartered Life Underwriter designation 1999 from The American College of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He became a Certified Financial Planner in 2000. Kurt is a member of many industry and community associations including GAMA International, National Association for Insurance and Financial Advisors, The Society for Financial Service Professionals, Penn Mutual General Agents Association, GAMA Under 40 Study Group, The Futures Study Group, Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, The Harbor Club, The Bellevue Club, and Bear Creek Country Club. M. Colin Campbell

In addition to being a proud Husky alum, he is a member of the Fred Hutchinson Professional Advisory Council, a legacy advisor for Seattle Children's Hospital, and is a board member for the Friends of Laurelhurst Foundation. Melissa was born and raised in Washington and currently resides in Newcastle with her husband Erik, her son Jarrett, and little girl Brielle. After graduating from the business school at the University of Washington with emphasized studies in Finance, she began her career in the financial services industry when she joined Pacific Capital Resource Group, Inc. in 1998. Melissa provides individuals and businesses with comprehensive planning for every aspect of life including: risk management, estate planning, retirement planning, college funding, investments*, professional money* management, asset allocation*, and business planning. She meets with her clients to review their current financial situation and discusses long and short-term objectives. She and her team then analyze the information, determine which strategies will work best for their situation, and tailor a plan specifically to help meet their financial needs and goals. Finally, after the plan is implemented, she then meets with them on a regular basis to uncover any changing needs they may have and to adjust their plan accordingly. This helps create a trusted bond between Melissa and her clients so each client's strategy remains consistent with changing goals, objectives and circumstances. Melissa earned the Chartered Financial Consultant's designation in 2002, and the Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 2007, from the American College of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Ryan T. Fleming

Ryan Fleming was raised in Washington and currently resides in Kirkland with his two sons, Peter and Evan and daughter, Josie. He graduated from the University of Washington where he was a three-year starter in football for the Huskies. In 1999 and 2000, Ryan was named an Academic All-American as well as recipient of the 101 Club Award for the top scholar athlete. As a member of the Husky Football team, he participated in the 2001 Rose Bowl game. Ryan is driven by challenges, and as such, has set a goal to run a marathon in every state (currently at 17!) and climb each of the Seven Summits (Mt. Kilimanjaro and Aconcagua completed, five to go). Ryan is a Financial Adviser with Pacific Capital Resource Group, Inc., and has earned his Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Advisor for Senior Living and Accredited Estate Planner designations. Ryan also obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2007. In 2010, he received his Masters in Financial Planning (MSFS) from the American College. Ryan helps clients and their families achieve financial confidence and independence. He works with them to articulate the financial goals that are most important to them, and helps set a path for achieving those objectives, all the while seeking to protect and preserve the wealth they have accumulated. Sean Singh

Coming from a family that hails from an island nation in the Caribbean, Trinidad &Tobago, Sean aims to integrate a strong culture of care, discipline, and lightheartedness into the way he runs his practice. Sean was born and raised in Kirkland, Washington and is a proud Washingtonian through and through. He takes pride in his ability to blend the attitudes and culture from his familial heritage with the wonderful culture that comes from being raised in the Pacific Northwest. Sean attended Gonzaga University and obtained a bachelor's in business administration concentrating in Finance and Marketing from the Gonzaga School of Business. In his junior year Sean was selected to participate in the Pacific Capital Resource Group future advisor program, and he was then hand recruited out of college to join the Ascent Wealth Solutions team, an advanced planning team within Pacific Capital Resource Group. Sean's practice focuses on guiding clients through areas such as estate planning, cashflow planning, retirement planning, insurance planning, and professional investment management. He believes that an integral part of his role is to educate clients on why certain recommendations are being made, on top of acting as an unbiased soundboard to help clients work through any of their financial needs. Outside of the office Sean can be found in the mountains snowboarding during the winter, and on the lake surfing in the summer. Sebastian Kanczugowski

After graduating from Seattle University, Sebastian chose his career with the sole purpose of providing financial education and literacy. In the U.S., all the financial decisions and burdens fall on the individual to make. As a result, Sebastian's mission is to help individuals and business owners achieve their financial goals.
