Emily Logan

Emily Logan, Legal Assistant for Munro-Delotto Law. Prior to working as a Legal Assistant, she retired from the Army after 20 years, author of the children's book series Adventures of Quentin and Gracie, and also owns her own ice cream truck business in Stonington CT, Momma Emily's Sweet Treats.

Jayden Burdick

Jayden Burdick is a Rhode Island native and third-year law student at Roger Williams University. In 2019, Jayden graduated Magma Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University in Providence with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. At Johnson & Wales, he was a member of the Criminal Justice Association and the Special Honors and Rewards Program. During law school, Jayden worked as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant and as a Judicial Extern to Associate Justice Brian P. Stern on the Providence Business Calendar. Jayden also participated in the Street Law program, where he provided pro-bono legal education to middle-school students in Providence. In his free time, Jayden enjoys hiking and backcountry camping with his dog, Rory.

Katherine Trejo

Ms. Trejo joined Munro-Delotto Law in 2021. She holds an A.S. in Business Administration from Three Rivers Community College and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. She has three children and enjoys being involved in the school PTO, as well as helping families in the community through her involvement with TVCCA. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and reading.

Kimberly Hockhousen

Ms. Hockhousen has worked for Munro-Delotto Law on school breaks while she is in college, majoring in Biology / Pre-Med at Umass Dartmouth. While at school she is also a Student athletic trainer, Vice President of the neurodivergent identity network, and captain of the women's lacrosse team.

Paige Munro

Attorney Munro-Delotto graduated second in her class and Summa Cum Laude from the honors program at Roger Williams University School of Law. Attorney Munro-Delotto is a skilled litigator and negotiator with a successful track record in employment discrimination, wage and hour, whistleblower, and related workplace litigation, as well as in Title IX sex harassment, assault, disability-harassment school-related cases. Attorney Munro-Delotto has assisted Plaintiffs and Defendants in employment litigation but focuses on the students in the more narrow school-related high-damages cases she handles. Prior to practicing, while in law school, Attorney Munro-Delotto worked with her previous Masters and Doctoral degrees in psychology and Industrial / Organizational Psychology in employment-related discrimination prevention and related work within large corporations including Verizon, Metlife, Geico, and NY/NJ Port Authority in the New York and D.C. area, as well as ran the research department for a mid-sized employment selection consulting company in Texas. Attorney Munro-Delotto is also an expert in pre-employment selection, statistics, and research design, which is highly related to disparate impact case prosecution. Attorney Munro-Delotto was drawn to law and while in law school she was in the elite group selected as both a member of the Law Review as well as Moot Court. Attorney Munro-Delotto also worked in a top research assistant position with the then Dean of the Law School, David Logan. During law school, Attorney Munro-Delotto worked as a law clerk for Motley Rice Law Firm, a plaintiff's mass-torts / MDL firm, as well as in internships in employment law and medical malpractice with several other attorneys. Attorney Munro-Delotto's combination of skills, education, and experience enables her to handle complex litigation with ease against multiple defendants and counsel. Attorney Munro-Delotto is barred in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Federal Courts in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, as well as in the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Stanton Terranova

Attorney Terranova graduated in the top one percent of the University of Rhode Island business school class of 2009. He subsequently earned both his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he concentrated his studies on maritime law, and his Masters in Marine Policy from the University of Rhode Island. Attorney Terranova brings substantial experience from his having previously worked at an insurance litigation law firm, having owned and operated his own businesses, and from having invested in both commercial and residential real estate. Attorney Terranova's areas of practice include admiralty law, transportation law, business transactions, real estate and premises liability, and general litigation. Attorney Terranova is licensed in Massachusetts and New York State Courts, S.D.N.Y Federal Court, E.D.N.Y Federal Court, Third Circuit, Second Circuit, and Court of International Trade.
