PURE INTEGRITY HOMES - Key Persons

Ashley Dragone - COO

Job Titles:
  • Director of Operations
Ashley started working with PIH in the summer of 2017. She is currently the PIH Director of Operations and has her hands on mostly everything "behind the scenes" of the Team. Her primary responsibilities include listing coordination, marketing efforts, and event management, but she is the backbone for all of our agents and programming. Ashley brings a passion for customer service to the PIH Team and embodies the Team's core values of Relationships, Community, and Integrity. When she joined the Team, her central role was Transaction Coordinator. As a former client, she knew how important the role was in the buying and selling journey. As PIH has grown, so has Ashley's role within the Team. Ashley allows our agents to focus on their clients' needs while providing a top-notch all-around real estate experience. With an Associate Degree in Meeting and Event Management, Ashley has planned several successful events for the community and past clients. She finds joy in creating and executing a plan while staying behind the scene. When Ashley is not acting as the glue keeping PIH together, she enjoys spending time with her family and "wolf-pack." The Dragone's love traveling, especially trying out new locations and attending the kids sporting events and activities.
