We were picked up at the airport (San Jose) and brought to their office. We were given a tutorial on how everything works. At the back of the van there is a cupboard that has stove all kitchen utensils and everything you need for your adventure. They provide you with maps as well. They were very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend this company.
