Jake Ralston, founder of Ralston Real Estate Group, developed a passion for all things Real Estate at a young age. As a 3rd generation real estate professional, he follows in the footsteps of his grandfather and mother. At age 25 he obtained his Oregon Brokers license and, after much success, relocated to beautiful Santa Barbara, California where he met his future wife and quickly rose through the ranks into the top 10% of Santa Barbara agents. A growing family (3 boys, including twins!) brought Jake to his wife's hometown of Temecula. Jake's clients agree, it is his expert insight and genuine attention that sets him apart and creates trusting relationships that last long after the closing.
Kelly Smith cut her teeth in real estate in the mid 2000s, with a focus specific to her passion - the Santa Rosa Plateau. Simultaneous to her developing a successful real estate practice, her husband crafted a high-quality residential construction company, with the skills to develop anything from raw land to turnkey ranches. Together, they became a dynamic duo, helping their clients and themselves buy and/or build dream ranch properties.
Kyra is hard working, honest, organized, straight-forward and committed to clients. She makes buying or selling a home as stress-free as possible with her down to earth style. She prides herself in clear and frequent communication to keep her clients informed and welcomes the opportunity of finding clients the home of their dreams. Kyra truly feels it is an honor to play a role in one of the most important purchases one will ever make.
Kyra was Raised in Northern California and currently lives with her husband and four children in Murrieta. She Graduated with a bachelors of science and in her spare time teaches aerobics, loves fitness, decorating, photography, travel and spending time with family and friends.
Kyra has always had an interest in the housing market and takes a personal approach to her business and each clients unique circumstances.
